Asparagus and lemon dressing

Ingredients

  • Asparagus 168 grams/ml
  • Olive oil 15 grams/ml
  • Lemon 40 grams/ml

Instruction

  • Dry roast or grill the asparagus until they are nicely coloured all around.
  • Mix in a bowl the lemon and oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Put the asparagus in a good tied bowl and add the dressing.
  • Toss until coated

Extra Notes

  • 12 aspragus spears.
  • Side dish.
