Black bean chilli with vegan meatballs

Ingredients

  • Soy based Products 240 grams/ml
  • Black bean 480 grams/ml
  • Onion 120 grams/ml
  • Garlic 5 grams/ml
  • Chocolate 10 grams/ml
  • Sugar (from sugar cane) 15 grams/ml
  • Rice 360 grams/ml
  • Chilli powder 5 grams/ml
  • Paprika powder 30 grams/ml
  • Cumin powder 15 grams/ml
  • Marmite 5 grams/ml
  • Tinned tomatoes 400 grams/ml
  • Rapeseed (Oil) 15 grams/ml
  • Stock 10 grams/ml
  • Peppers 160 grams/ml

Instruction

  • Get a deep casserole dish and put on a medium heat, add your oil.
  • Add your meatball replacements and cook until brown.
  • Take your meatballs out and place on a plate.
  • Add a finely chopped onion and cook for 5-10minutes.
  • Crush the garlic clove and add.
  • After about 30 seconds add your spices and coat the onions, cook for another minute.
  • Pour in your chopped tomatoes and add 300-500 ml veg stock.
  • Add the sugar, dark chocolate and marmite, and simmer.
  • After 10 minutes add your beans and place the meatballs back.
  • ook for another 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook your rice
  • Season your chilli then serve.

480g of black beans= 2 tins (no liquid) Use dark chocolate Green pepper
