Ingredients

  • Lentils 240 grams/ml
  • Yam/Sweet potato 300 grams/ml
  • Kale 50 grams/ml
  • Olive oil 20 grams/ml
  • Cayenne pepper 5 grams/ml
  • Coriander seed 5 grams/ml
  • Cumin seed 5 grams/ml

Instruction

  1. Peel and cube the sweet potato and boil for 15 minutes with the kale until soft. 

    Then fry the lentils with the spices until fragrant, around 7 minutes
  2. remove the kale from the pan. 
  3. Mash the sweet potato with a fork, stirring in 2 tsp olive oil, a dash of cayenne pepper and some black pepper and salt to season
  4. serve !!
