Ingredients

  • Oats 65 grams/ml
  • Milk 65 grams/ml
  • Cinnamon 2 grams/ml
  • Maple Syrup 10 grams/ml

Instruction

methods 

  1. add the oats to a small saucepan on a low heat
  2. add the milk first, then add 1 cup water
  3. bring to a boil and simmer for 2-4 minutes until smoot and creamy, stirring occasionally
  4. top with fruit of choice and maple syrup, honey, demerara or other toppings and sprinkle on the cinnamon powder.
