Edamame bean and pea, mint salad

Ingredients

  • Soya beans 150 grams/ml
  • Peas 150 grams/ml
  • Olive oil 15 grams/ml
  • Mint sauce 15 grams/ml

Instruction

  • Boil your beans and peas for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile mix the mint sauce and the olive oil, and season.
  • Drain the beans and peas and let cool and dry.
  • Put into a large bowl and combine with the sauce mixture.
