Edamame bean and pea, mint salad
( Serves 2)
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- Soya beans 150 grams/ml
- Peas 150 grams/ml
- Olive oil 15 grams/ml
- Mint sauce 15 grams/ml
- Boil your beans and peas for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile mix the mint sauce and the olive oil, and season.
- Drain the beans and peas and let cool and dry.
- Put into a large bowl and combine with the sauce mixture.
